Retail Fulfillment Supervisor

Location: Haverhill, MA

Directly and through department subordinates, oversees all order fulfillment functions.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Manages Project Coordinators and is responsible for retail installation ordering department
  • Ensures order fulfillment, scheduling, and recovery order fulfillment and scheduling
  • Ensures department is properly trained in job duties and safety
  • Uses proprietary software to maintain install and order verification schedule to achieve maximum capacity/efficiency
  • Resolves customer issues and delivers very satisfied customer experience
  • Must be able to identify issues proactively and a good Problem Solver

Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Construction knowledge
  • Industry experience
  • 3-5+ years of Management experience

While performing the essential duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and lift; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to ascend and descend stairs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
